Caleb Barnes
B-Hive Co-Founder and Fitness Coach
Caleb is a life-long athlete who has found a passion for helping others reach their health/fitness or athletic goals through custom programming and execution of proper movement. Recognizing the need for postural and bio-mechanical corrections, Caleb is ready to take your fitness to another level! Since completing his CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2011, he's enhanced his knowledge of Neuromuscular Stretching, Speed/Agility/Quickness Training, and more.

A certified Golf Fitness Specialist, Coach Caleb is prepared to not only add yards to your drive, but to help you move better/pain-free on the course!

Lexi Barnes
B-Hive Co-Founder and COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)
A 2014 graduate of Illinois State University, Lexi has expanded her knowledge of the human body by completing additional schooling and attaining her COTA license! During her experience in the professional world, she has specialized in sensory processing and autism, along with developing specific treatment/therapy plans for client needs. Ranging from pediatric to geriatric, and verbal to non-verbal, Lexi has experience body coaching and ensuring progress in movement and daily skills with clients in a variety of settings.

A half-marathoner since 2015, Lexi understands the importance and benefits of cross-training in the "Running World''.
